It only makes sense that your home is too. This family of seven needed a space that suited every aspect of their lifestyle and made for functional living. Here are design aspects we incorporated into the plan to accommodate this:
Kitchen planned for full size refrigerator and freezer, double wall ovens, and a large walk-through pantry that was accessible right from the garage entry for easy grocery unloading.
Mud room with ample storage and room for busy school mornings.
Spacious gym for active games. The perfect place to burn off energy during a long, cold winter!
Shared kids bathroom with private toilet and bathing space.
Large master suite, perfect for retreating from the chaos.
This was all wrapped into a modern farmhouse design, with a bright and welcoming interior and wrap around windows that were placed to take into the natural setting. It was great to sit down with this family and design a home that suited them and their needs.
