We provide detailed as-built drawings and square footage calculations in accordance to BOMA standards that are valuable to landlords, property managers, and real estate agents.
Each project required a comprehensive overview of the associate bylaws and how they will apply to the site. We work with building and planning departments in cities and districts all across British Columbia.
We work directly with tenants, contractors, or landlords to provide building permit and construction plans for commercial projects. Our work is within the scope of Part 9 of the BC Building Code.
